About The Position

Provide miscellaneous administrative support to team members in the Legal department.

Requirements

• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Prior experience and/or training in legal administrative support; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Currently pursuing a JD from an accredited law school.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail, and excellent team work and writing and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work and respond to multiple demands while meeting deadlines.
• Strong work ethics, understand business and practical considerations, and work in a fast-paced environment with team collaboration.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the Company.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the legal department and across all businesses.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Adherence to Fuyao Glass America Inc., Core Foundation Competencies including Ethics, Integrity, Values & Trust.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of visa and immigration applications.
• Collect and revise the materials for visa and green card applications; communicate with applicants concerning issues; coordinate between outside counsels and internal applicants.
• Provide assistance to the senior legal counsel and management team on various visa & immigration matters, compliance, and projects as assigned.
• Assist with document management, translation and other administrative duties.
• Other duties as delegated by General Counsel.
