Requirements

• Must be a 2L or 3L law student at an ABA accredited law school with a strong academic record
• Minimum 2.5 GPA required
• Ability to multi-task in an active environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible day shift hours, from January 2027 - May 2027
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and drafting legal documents including various contracts, policies and memorandums
• Assist attorneys on real estate, construction, financing, HR, insurance and risk management matters
• Assist with special projects for Authority departments and business partners
• Assist in responding to public record requests
• Conducting legal research and preparing memorandums
• Using applicable software including Microsoft Office and contract management systems
• Performing other duties as assigned (e.g., maintaining logs and records management)
