About The Position

Legal Intake Representatives at Legal Intake Professionals serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. They manage a high volume of inbound inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail, helping callers feel heard and supported during challenging moments. The role involves listening carefully, gathering information, documenting inquiries, and routing them to the appropriate department. The position is in-office in North Richland Hills, Texas, with various full-time and part-time shifts between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. CST. Training is full-time for 2–3 weeks, from either 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. Compensation is $17 per hour for English-language representatives and $19 per hour for Spanish-language representatives. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong diction, grammar, and spelling.
Communicate with a warm, professional tone that demonstrates empathy, active listening, and care.
Have fast, accurate typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and basic office applications.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, is preferred.
