About The Position

This role involves conducting new client intake interviews, gathering case information, and managing client files and case records. The Legal Intake & Case Management Assistant will be responsible for handling case-related documentation and correspondence, assisting with legal document preparation, and tracking deadlines and case milestones. The position also requires following up with clients, updating case management systems, coordinating communication, and supporting attorneys with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal Assistant, or Legal Intake Specialist.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience working in a US-based law firm.
  • Experience with client intake and case management.
  • Familiarity with legal document preparation.
  • Previous remote work experience.

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Weeks 1–6: $5 USD/hour
  • Weeks 7-12: $6 USD/hour
  • Weeks 13 onwards: $7 USD/hour
