About The Position

ABC Legal Services is seeking independent, organized, and personable people to deliver legal documents in Tennessee. Process servers choose how much work to take on and set their own schedules and service areas. Using ABC Legal’s mobile app, they can claim jobs, map stops, and track pay. Attempts are required every 48 hours, at varied times. The work is outside a traditional office setting and may suit someone seeking either a full-time career or a part-time gig. Experience in process serving or related work is helpful but not required; registration requirements vary by state.

Requirements

• Own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and working within a mobile app.
• Be able to scan and print documents.
• Be able to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
• Meet applicable state requirements; some states require process server registration or a minimum age to serve.
