About The Position

The L&C Coordinator will coordinate and execute essential administrative and operational support for the L&C team. The L&C Coordinator must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an exceptional team player in assisting in day-to-day L&C activities. The L&C Coordinator will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects and play a key role in supporting the Company’s rapid growth by assisting in advancing L&C activities.

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience working as a paralegal or other compliance, legal, quality, contract, or risk management role. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day administrative and operational activities in support of the company’s L&C activities.
  • Assist with L&C special projects and corporate initiatives and participate in cross functional working groups for L&C activities.
  • Conduct data collection, monitoring and inspection activities to help ensure compliance and effective practices.
  • Collect, prepare, and maintain documentation, databases, and records in support of L&C activities.
  • Assist in generating awareness and driving engagement and adoption of policies, initiatives, and other guidelines and assist with developing training materials and guidance documents.
  • Analyze data to identify and determine the root cause of complex problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in monitoring departmental e-mail inboxes and other departmental communication message centers and delivery points and route the correspondence and other communications to the appropriate internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Sort and classify information and materials according to guidelines.
  • Conduct research and provide updates to L&C team such as regarding legal and regulatory developments.
