About The Position

As a Legal Compliance Analyst for TQL, you will assist the Legal Department with developing, enhancing, retaining, and documenting compliance-related activities. You will compile, maintain, and analyze compliance-related data and records, while supporting the tracking and monitoring of organizational processes and functions for TQL, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. The role involves researching and interpreting laws and regulations, developing and implementing compliance documentation, monitoring organizational processes, collaborating across departments, and preparing reports from compliance data.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in a legal, compliance, audit, or regulatory environment.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and an evolving regulatory landscape.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and online legal research.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Research and interpret laws and regulations to keep TQL, its subsidiaries, and affiliates ahead of compliance requirements.
Develop, update, and implement compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and audit organizational processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate across departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates to coordinate compliance activities and share best practices.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing compliance data.
Uphold and enhance organizational standards to champion quality service.
Take on new challenges and projects as needed.
