About The Position

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator to join their growing client billing department. This role offers a fully remote schedule with the flexibility to travel occasionally to a McNees office for meetings or training. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and flexibility to meet the changing demands of the position
  • Ability to work independently while organizing and prioritizing numerous projects/tasks with competing deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Aderant or similar systems is preferred
  • E-billing experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately generate client invoices (both paper and electronic) in high volume
  • Assess and implement complex billing processes based on client requirements
  • Ensure billing processes are in compliance with established firm policies and procedures
  • Resolve invoicing issues after submission to clients, including (but not limited to) payment issues and monitoring client e-billing systems
  • Collaborate with other team members and administrative departments
