Hybrid position that blends advanced administrative support and records research supporting functions within a unit or department through clerical skills. Exchanges basic and nonroutine information with internal and external customers and adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Under administrative direction, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to process requests for records stored digitally on internal servers. Maintains the records and archival storage libraries, along with other various administrative library duties.
