About The Position

Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) is seeking applicants for two full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) faculty positions at the rank of lecturer in the Department of Psychology. These are one-year temporary appointments that may be renewed annually based on funding, need, and performance. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching a variety of psychology courses, including general psychology, developmental psychology, psychological disorders, personality, sensation & perception, cognitive psychology, and statistics. The position is primarily on-campus, but may include teaching online courses, for which appropriate training will be provided. Lecturers are expected to be available to students during office hours.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in psychology by the appointment date.
