The position pays up to $22.00 per hour, with compensation determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The Leasing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provides exceptional customer service to the community’s existing residents. Candidates should be sales-driven, outgoing, competitive, creative, and able to multitask. A background check and drug screen are required before hiring.
