About The Position

Seldin Company is hiring a Leasing Specialist for Bradley Ridge Apartments, a 336-unit tax credit property in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The position pays up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

The Leasing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provides exceptional customer service to existing residents. Candidates should be sales-driven, outgoing, competitive, creative, and able to multitask.
