About The Position

Westminster is hiring a Leasing Specialist for its luxury Livana Fair Lawn community. The role helps prospective residents find a home by providing personalized property tours, guiding prospects through the application process, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Leasing Specialist also markets the property, supports current residents, and works with the Property Management team to achieve leasing and renewal goals.

The position suits a people-oriented, organized, tech-savvy communicator who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus but is not required. The role offers competitive wages and commissions, benefits, training, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide personalized property tours.
• Understand prospects’ housing and community needs, guide them through the application process, and convert leads into residents.
• Promote properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Work with the Property Management team to meet property leasing and renewal goals.
