About The Position

The Leasing Sales Consultant supports property management operations by helping prospective residents find suitable apartment homes and providing customer service to current tenants. The role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination, while generating and following up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets. The consultant also collaborates with the property management team, maintains accurate records, participates in community events and marketing initiatives, and stays informed about local market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Customer-service orientation and an interest in helping people find a home.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Reliable transportation.
