About The Position

The Leasing Sales Consultant supports property management operations by helping prospective residents find suitable apartment homes and providing exceptional customer service to current residents. The role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination, while helping meet sales goals and promote the property. The position is at Lofts of Merchant Row.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
A customer-service-oriented approach and a passion for helping people find a home.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assess prospective residents’ needs and match them with suitable apartment homes.
Conduct property tours and highlight the community’s features and benefits.
Build relationships with current residents and promptly address their needs and concerns.
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the property management team to support seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote the property.
Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
