About The Position

The Leasing Sales Consultant supports property management operations by helping prospective residents find suitable apartment homes and providing customer service to current residents. The role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination, while contributing to sales targets, property marketing, and resident satisfaction at Meadow Creek Flats.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
A customer-service orientation and interest in helping people find a home.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Identify prospective residents’ needs and match them with suitable apartment homes.
Conduct property tours and explain community features and benefits.
Build relationships with current residents and address their needs and concerns promptly.
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination.
Generate and follow up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the property management team to support smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote the properties.
Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
