About The Position

The Leasing Sales Consultant plays a key role in property management operations by helping prospective residents find suitable apartment homes and providing customer service to current residents. The role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination, while supporting sales goals, community marketing, and resident satisfaction at Bloomfield Place.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
A customer-service orientation and interest in helping people find a home.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
Reliable transportation.
Successful completion of required background checks; pre-employment drug testing is required.
