About The Position

Village Green is hiring a Leasing Sales Consultant to support property management operations by helping prospective residents find suitable apartment homes and providing customer service to current residents. The role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination, while supporting sales goals, community marketing, and resident satisfaction. The position is at Grandeville at Greenwich and pays $18.47 to $19.97 per hour, plus commissions.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
A customer-service orientation and interest in helping people find a home.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess prospective residents’ needs and match them with suitable apartment homes.
Conduct property tours and explain the features and benefits of the community.
Build relationships with current residents and promptly address their needs and concerns.
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the property management team to support smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote the properties.
Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings.
