About The Position

Village Green is hiring a Leasing Sales Consultant to support property management operations by helping prospective residents find suitable apartment homes and providing customer service to current residents. The role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination, while contributing to sales goals, resident satisfaction, and community marketing. Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Customer-service orientation and interest in helping people find a home.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Reliable transportation.

• Build relationships with current residents and promptly address their needs and concerns.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the property management team to support smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote properties.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings.
