FT Leasing Professional (Lease Up)
About The Position
FRED is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional for the lease-up at Seasons at Cary in Cary, Illinois. The role focuses on guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and accurately preparing lease agreements and records. The position offers a base hourly rate plus bonus incentives and opportunities for career growth as the company expands. The schedule is daytime hours, including weekends. The position is scheduled to start the week of January 4, 2027. Training is provided on fair housing laws, OSHA and safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion by understanding prospective residents’ needs and addressing them to finalize lease agreements.
- Conduct tours and demonstrate knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings.
- Promptly follow up on phone and internet inquiries from existing and prospective residents.
- Contribute to digital marketing outreach and help plan resident events and activities.
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.
- Provide timely, high-quality customer service.
- Follow fair housing laws, OSHA and safety regulations, and company policies.
