About The Position

FRED is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional for Seasons at Cary, a lease-up community. The role is suited to someone who enjoys customer service, helping people, and working as part of a team. The Leasing Professional guides prospective residents through the leasing process, responds to inquiries, conducts community tours, supports digital marketing and resident events, and prepares lease agreements and records using online tools. The position is scheduled for daytime hours, including weekends, and is expected to start the week of January 4, 2027. FRED has more than 40 years of industry experience and operates more than 35 communities across Wisconsin, Illinois, and North Carolina, with additional projects underway. Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead the leasing process from initial contact through completion, understand prospective residents’ needs, and address them to finalize lease agreements.
Conduct tours for prospective residents and explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings.
Promptly follow up on phone and internet inquiries from existing and prospective residents.
Contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist with planning resident events and activities.
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.
Provide timely, high-quality customer service.
Follow fair housing laws, OSHA and safety regulations, and company policies.
