About The Position
Paradigm is seeking a Leasing Professional for Ovation at Arrowbrook, a new lease-up apartment community in Herndon, Virginia. The role leases apartments, completes leasing paperwork, finalizes move-in preparations, and responds to prospect and resident questions while providing timely, high-quality customer service. The community includes 274 LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) apartment homes and is near Dulles Airport, the new Innovation Metro Station, and the Dulles Toll Road. The Leasing Professional supports the lease-up by leading community tours, securing rental commitments, and guiding applicants through the process to successful move-in. The role also includes marketing, report preparation, resident relations, administrative work, and other property-management tasks. The schedule includes weekends to support leasing activity.
Requirements
- Prior residential leasing success or proven sales and customer-service experience in a related service field.
- Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and familiarity with professional business writing.
- Organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Work schedule includes weekends.
Nice To Haves

- Bilingual English/Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors.
- Assist with leasing up a new building containing 274 LIHTC apartment homes.
- Lead community tours, capture rental commitments, and manage related responsibilities from application through successful move-in.
- Complete marketing activities and prepare leasing-related reports.
- Assist with resident relations, administrative assignments, and property-management tasks.
- Work with leasing and property department team members to create a positive environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
