About The Position
Sealy Management Company is seeking a Leasing Professional for Cypress Cove Apartments. The role represents the property to prospective and current residents, visitors, vendors, and service providers. The ideal candidate is focused on customer service and has a warm, outgoing personality. The position supports leasing activities and works with property management, grounds, and maintenance teams to help ensure residents’ needs and work orders are addressed. Duties may change as property management needs evolve, so adaptability is important.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents, serving as a point of contact for property visitors and residents.
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and handle apartment application and lease paperwork.
- Work with property management staff in dealing with vendors who work at or provide services to the community.
- Communicate with grounds and maintenance teams to help ensure resident work orders are completed quickly and fully.
- Adapt to changing job duties and day-to-day needs.
