About The Position

The Leasing Manager initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reporting. The role regularly communicates with leasing staff at the same property and participates in social media and event planning. The Leasing Manager also assists with managing and advising the leasing team, completes marketing and rent-related reports, manages renewals and outreach programming, plans resident events, manages social media platforms, prepares daily move-in and availability reports, and conducts training for leasing specialists at the property. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget planning and expense monitoring.
• Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.
