About The Position

The Leasing Consultant will help create exceptional living experiences for residents at a 200+ unit apartment community in Athens, Georgia. The role partners with the Property Manager on daily community operations and supports leasing performance through marketing, sales, and customer service. The consultant also creates social media content to showcase the community and works two to three weekends per month as part of a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Previous Leasing Consultant experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• A proven track record in sales and marketing.
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.

• College degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
