About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Core Apartments in Anaheim, California. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee new residents’ lease signing.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payment.
