About The Position

Gross Residential is seeking a qualified Leasing Consultant with a positive attitude and professional presentation skills to present apartments and community amenities. Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is desired, but training will be provided to the right candidate. Candidates should be organized and have strong computer skills. The role includes leasing apartments to prospective residents, handling inquiries and applications, explaining lease documents, assisting with resident relations, and coordinating service requests. The work schedule varies and includes weekends and some holidays as required. Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Customer service and conflict resolution skills to overcome objections and resolve issues.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to maintain records and schedules.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is desired; training will be provided to the right candidate.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residency.
Provide prospective residents with information about community amenities.
Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
Compile leasing paperwork accurately.
Process applications.
Explain the lease and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
Assist with resident relations.
Facilitate service requests and forward them to maintenance staff.
Adhere to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays, as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
