About The Position

The Leasing Manager initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reporting. The role regularly communicates with property leasing staff at the same site and participates in social media and property event planning. Responsibilities also include advising and supporting the leasing team, completing marketing and rent-related reports, managing renewal and outreach programs, and preparing daily move-in and availability reports. The Leasing Manager trains leasing specialists at the property and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget planning and expense monitoring.
• Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.

Responsibilities
