About The Position

The Leasing Manager at Homecoming at Creekside, a 626-unit resort-style residential community in Natomas, California, leads Leasing Consultants to deliver customer service and achieve leasing results. The role combines team leadership, sales strategy, and resident-focused service. The manager works with the Property Manager to support leasing operations and community objectives. Requirements

Previous experience in apartment or residential leasing.
Leadership and coaching abilities in a sales-driven environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
Availability to work weekends; scheduled hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with Sunday and Monday off.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor Leasing Consultants to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
Ensure consistent leasing presentations, prospect follow-ups, and closing techniques.
Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
Manage guest interactions, prospect databases, and appointment scheduling.
Oversee Leasing Consultant training and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with the Property Manager to optimize leasing operations and meet community objectives.
Maintain professionalism, customer care, and visual presentation in the leasing office and model homes.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
