About The Position

The Leasing Consultant, referred to by Prometheus as a Neighbor Ambassador, combines customer service, sales, marketing, and property-management administration. The role helps current residents feel at home and well cared for, and guides prospective residents through the leasing process and the company’s Ultimate Leasing Experience. Administrative work includes creating neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, and posting apartment advertisements. The role offers an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in beginning a longer-term career in property management. The schedule includes regular weekend work and regular days off between Monday and Friday.

Requirements

Passion for working in a customer service, sales, and marketing environment.
Ability to work regularly on weekends; regular days off fall between Monday and Friday.
