About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Leasing Consultant for its Calloway at Las Colinas apartment community in Irving, Texas. The role is focused on sales and customer service: guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, helping them find a home, and creating positive experiences for current and future residents. Compensation includes a base rate of $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus competitive commissions, with commission opportunities tied to factors such as unit rent, monthly goal attainment, and lease term. The position may provide leasing support to other communities in AIR’s portfolio as needed. A 25% rent discount is available at AIR communities, subject to application and exclusions. Depending on business needs, team members may have the option of an extended unpaid winter break while retaining benefits, including the rent discount.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
Excellent customer service skills to address current and future residents’ needs.
Flexible schedule and availability to work during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
Reliable transportation.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Follow AIR’s sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, schedule and conduct tours, and communicate the value of the community to help prospects find a home.
Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Provide leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed.
Contribute to community marketing efforts.
Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
