Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills to address the needs of current and prospective residents.
• Flexible schedule and availability during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR’s sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, and schedule and conduct tours that communicate the community’s value and help prospects find a home.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Provide leasing support to other communities in the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
