About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the team at Soaring Heights Communities, a military housing community at Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. The role provides customer service to prospective residents, manages the leasing process, and supports community occupancy objectives. The Leasing Consultant is the primary point of contact for prospective residents and helps provide a welcoming environment and smooth leasing experience. A current vehicle license in good standing is required. Access to the federal facility requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or ID, effective May 7, 2025.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Less than one year of relevant work experience.
One to two years of sales, customer service, or hospitality-related experience.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks and work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Current vehicle license in good standing and compliance with the Company's Safe Vehicular Operations Policy driving-record standards.
REAL ID-compliant driver's license or ID for access to the federal facility, effective May 7, 2025.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree.
National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification.
Property management experience.
Real estate certification.
Familiarity with property management platforms.
Knowledge of fair housing laws.
Bilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease files.
Enter and track data accurately in property management software.
Conduct in-person, virtual, and self-guided property tours, highlighting community features, amenities, and available homes.
Assess prospect needs and recommend appropriate floor plans and options.
Explain pricing, availability, lease terms, specials, and application requirements.
Guide prospects through the application, waitlist, and move-in process while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Keep homes in show-ready, rent-ready condition, including their interiors and exteriors, with attention to the five senses.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the leasing office, tour routes, and model units.
Follow Fair Housing laws, ADA regulations, company policies, and professionalism standards.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance and improve performance.
