About The Position
The Leasing Consultant is a sales-focused role helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. The position uses strong communication and consultative selling skills, a supportive and considerate approach, and knowledge of the community to create a positive experience for prospective residents. The role also provides caring customer service to current residents and supports renewals, which contribute to company sustainability. Requirements
- Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

- Working knowledge of social media.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts.

Responsibilities
- Help prospective residents find the right apartment home.
- Use consultative selling and community knowledge to provide a positive, genuine experience to prospective residents.
- Deliver caring customer service to residents to support their living experience at a Pegasus community.
- Support resident renewals.
