About The Position

The Leasing Consultant is a sales-focused role helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role uses strong communication and consultative selling skills, a supportive and considerate personality, and knowledge of the community to create a positive, genuine experience for prospective residents. The consultant also provides caring customer service to help residents enjoy their living experience and encourage renewals.

Requirements
