We're a boutique, owner-operated firm behind Class A communities, and we're currently hiring both Full Time and Part Time Leasing Consultants for two of our active adult (55+) communities in the Lawrenceville/Hoschton area. Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator
- A natural at connecting with people — and closing the deal
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- A strong multitasker with a sharp eye for detail
- Organized, with follow-up skills that never let a lead go cold
- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the community — welcome prospects and deliver tours so good they close themselves
- Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
- Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
- Close leases confidently and drive toward occupancy goals
- Stay a step ahead of market trends and the competition
- Keep leasing records sharp and every communication timely and professional
- Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to everything you do
