About The Position

1515 Surf Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team at a brand new 463-unit mixed-use high-rise community in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales and customer service
• Experience with high rise lease up preferred
• Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus
• Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
• Working during inclement weather is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
• Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
• Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
• Resolving resident issues or concerns
• Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
• Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
