About The Position
Buckingham is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused Leasing Consultant with excellent organizational and decision-making skills. The role initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment community leasing, with an emphasis on positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. The Leasing Consultant handles daily residency inquiries, property tours, and networking and engagement with prospective residents. A strong candidate understands the apartment application process and works to exceed leasing goals and objectives.
