About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Retreat in Phoenix, Arizona. The position provides customer service to current and prospective residents while using sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property. The role works with residents, applicants, and maintenance staff and includes leasing and administrative duties. All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties. Responsibilities

Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins for new residents.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files.
Accurately enter rental data into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee new residents’ lease signings.
Assist with monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized and complete.
Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
Use sales and marketing techniques and customer service skills to help maintain high occupancy.
