About The Position

The Leasing Agent at Pinnacle Park Apartments, a 200-unit affordable family community in Knoxville, Tennessee, handles rental application intake and processing and leases apartments while maintaining strong customer service and resident satisfaction. This front-of-house role interacts with current and prospective residents and requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs. Duties include rent collection, processing rental applications, interacting with residents, posting notices, and showing vacant apartments.

Requirements

• Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.

• Previous office experience using Microsoft Office products is preferred.
