About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join the team at Georgetown Manor Apartments. This role requires a candidate with professional sales, marketing techniques, and solid customer service experience. The position is specifically for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, totaling 20-24 hours per week. The pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Follow up with any prospective residents as needed.
• Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee the signing of leases by new residents.
• Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensure property's paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact with residents in a professional manner.
