The role requires using on-site property management software for tracking and data management. Maintaining the appearance of community spaces, show units, and the leasing office is also a key responsibility. The agent will follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and execute lease renewal programs. Additionally, the role involves responding to resident and client concerns, promoting a positive image of the community and management company, and potentially earning commissions.
