Requirements

Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off
This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Longview, TX property.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.

Responsibilities

Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
Process lease paperwork
Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property
Collection calls to clients
