PART TIME LEASING AGENT
About The Position
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual for a Part-Time Leasing Agent position in their Williamsport apartment communities. PMI is an employee-owned company with over 55 years of experience, managing over $4 billion in real estate assets, serving 30,000+ residents, and partnering with 360 clients nationwide. The role involves greeting prospective residents, showcasing communities, assisting with leasing activities, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve occupancy goals. While a Pennsylvania Real Estate License is preferred, it is not required, and PMI will cover the cost for the successful candidate to obtain it.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required (PMI will cover the cost to obtain it).
Responsibilities
- Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
- Run tenant applications.
- Assist with rent collection.
- Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry.
