About The Position

We are a locally trusted property management company based in Westport, KC, managing a variety of multifamily communities across the Kansas City metro. We're looking for driven closers who want to be paid for their results, not their tenure. This is a high-activity, client-facing sales role where you will be moving, connecting, and closing every single day. You will work leads, respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email with speed and urgency, tour prospects, show available homes across the KC metro, create a standout experience, drive applications by screening and evaluating qualified applicants, and close deals by prepping and sending leases and guiding new residents through signing. You will also own your pipeline by following up consistently and keeping every lead moving.

Requirements

  • Motivated by goals, metrics, and the satisfaction of closing a deal
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building rapport quickly
  • Organized and able to manage a busy, shifting schedule independently
  • Strong communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (required)

Nice To Haves

  • You don't need a real estate license or years of experience.
  • Background in customer service or sales preferred
