About The Position

We are a locally trusted property management company based in Westport, KC, managing a variety of multifamily communities across the Kansas City metro. We are looking for driven closers who want to be paid for their results, not their tenure. This is a high-activity, client-facing sales role where you will be moving, connecting, and closing every single day.

Requirements

• Motivated by goals, metrics, and the satisfaction of closing a deal
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building rapport quickly
• Organized and able to manage a busy, shifting schedule independently
• Strong communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Background in customer service or sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email with speed and urgency
• Show available homes across the KC metro and create a standout experience
• Screen, evaluate, and push qualified applicants forward fast
• Prep and send leases, guide new residents through signing
• Follow up consistently and keep every lead moving
