We’re looking for a highly responsive, conversion-focused real estate agent to join our Zillow Preferred Team — an integral part of the 32 South Properties Sales Team. This is not a “post and wait” role. This is a real-time conversion environment designed for agents who know how to answer the phone, build trust quickly, and turn conversations into contracts. If you want consistent opportunities and you’re willing to do the work to convert them — keep reading. You’ll receive a steady flow of inbound Zillow buyer leads. Speed-to-lead is non-negotiable — seconds and minutes matter. Your job is simple: convert conversations into appointments and signed clients. You’ll operate inside a structured system with clear KPIs and accountability. This is a performance-driven role, not a passive pipeline. While this role is centered around Zillow lead conversion, you’ll be part of the 32 South Properties Sales Team, giving you the opportunity to grow beyond. Agents will have the ability to build their personal business through additional lead pillars, leverage team systems, marketing, and brand presence, and grow into a more well-rounded, self-sustaining business over time.
