About The Position

Beacon Management Services is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Leasing Administrator to support the management of leased homes within one of metro Atlanta's premier master-planned communities. This is a unique opportunity to help develop and support a comprehensive leasing administration program focused on lease compliance, resident services, occupancy management, and homeowner engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in leasing, property management, or community association management and enjoys working collaboratively with homeowners, residents, Board members, and internal teams. This position is currently being recruited as Beacon finalizes the operational structure of its leasing administration program. The final scope of responsibilities and compensation package will be determined upon completion of the program design. As the Leasing Administrator, you'll play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day administration of leased homes and ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in one or more of the following: Single-family residential leasing, Multifamily housing, Property management, Community association management, Lease administration
  • Experience administering lease documentation and maintaining resident records
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Adaptable and able to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Skilled at building positive relationships with homeowners, residents, and business partners
  • Passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with property management or community management software preferred
  • Georgia Real Estate License, Community Association Manager (CAM) License, or another related professional designation is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Administer lease registration and leasing documentation
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding and resident administration activities
  • Maintain accurate owner, tenant, and occupancy records
  • Monitor lease compliance and assist with lease renewal tracking
  • Coordinate resident communications related to leasing activities
  • Support community compliance initiatives involving leased homes
  • Maintain organized leasing files and documentation
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and operational data for leadership review
  • Coordinate with homeowners, tenants, vendors, and community partners
  • Utilize community management software to maintain accurate records
  • Identify opportunities to improve leasing processes and resident services
  • Perform additional duties as the leasing administration program continues to evolve
