About The Position

The Lease Up Intake Specialist is a temporary, onsite role supporting an escalated lease-up effort. The Specialist converts booked appointments into completed, document-ready intake files for the Compliance team. The role owns appointment show rate, intake completion rate, and the quality of documentation handed off to Compliance. The posting identifies the work location as James L Simmons Senior Apartments in Yonkers, NY, though other location references in the description differ. The Specialist conducts household intake interviews, prepares and reviews files, follows up on missing documentation, and coordinates appointment changes with the Outbound team. Compliance makes final eligibility determinations; this position does not approve files and does not perform outbound calling or list management. The engagement is eight weeks at 40 hours per week, W-2 temporary, with no benefits stated for this temporary position.
