Lease Up Intake Specialist

Conifer Realty LLC•East Greenwich Township, NJ
•$25 - $26•Onsite

About The Position

The Lease Up Intake Specialist works onsite at Flagstone Point in Clarksboro, New Jersey, as a key conversion point in the lease-up process. The role turns appointments booked by the Outbound team into completed, document-ready intake files for the Compliance team. The Specialist is accountable for appointment show rates, intake completion rates, and the quality of documents handed off to Compliance. This is an eight-week, 40-hour-per-week temporary assignment paying $25.00–$26.00 per hour, with no benefits for the temporary position. The Specialist conducts household intake interviews, prepares and reviews applicant files, follows up on missing documentation, and coordinates appointment changes with the Outbound team. The position does not make final eligibility determinations, which are owned by Compliance, and does not perform cold calling or list management, which are handled by Outbound Coordinators. The role reports to the Community Manager at Flagstone Point.
